Prayer Resources

We have compiled the following list of online prayer resources for your use during this time when public Masses are suspended to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus.  Many of these prayer resources are from sources already available before the Coronavirus emerged.  So, they are also good resources for anytime.

We will be added more resources so please check back from time to time.

First and foremost, there are still Masses going on.  The Catholic Courier has a list of options to watch local Masses (these are not open to the public during this time) as well as Masses from outside our diocese on TV and live streams on the Internet available at:

Here is information on making an "Act of Spiritual Communion".

St. John of Rochester Church in Fairport has a live stream for adoration from their
Perpetual Adoration Chapel:

Prayers & Devotions (*many of these prayers are made available through the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, www.usccb.org.  We are grateful for work of the Conference)

The USCCB continues to add links to prayer resources including videos on their website at:  http://usccb.org/about/communications/prayer-resources-for-the-coronavirus-crisis.cfm

With the suspension of Masses, there is also no scheduled times for confessions.  If you need to celebrate the sacrament, please contact one of the priests.  Fr. Jeff has some material about the Sacrament of Reconciliation available on his website at:
